Registration to Matheuristics 2018

The registration platform is open from the 15th of february to the 18th of june 2018.

The registration fees are as follows (they include local taxes). If you register before the 15th of may 2018 you can benefit from the "early registration" fees. After that date, the fees that apply are the "late registration" fees.

Special fees are offered to students (Ph.D., master) who planned to attend to the conference. When doing their registration a justification of the student status must be sent to the conference secretary (Christelle GRANGE).

Participants belonging to a company must register as "Industrials".

A registration as an "Accompagnyin person" gives access to the social activities, including the gala dinner. Other kind of registrations, provide in addition access to the conference including the lunches and coffee breaks.

How to register?

To complete your registration you need:

1. To fill the registration form. After you have entered your information, click on the button "Overview" to open a new page containing the summary of your registration. Next, you need to click on "Submit". This will open a page on which you will be able to chose your payment mode.
2. To make the registration payment: this will be possible one you which have validated your registration.

 You can pay you registration by using one of the following means:

1. On-line payment (paybox system).
2. Bank transfert. You can do a bank transfert to the bank account specified below. Please, mention in the transfert title MH18 + your fist and last names.

 No registration payment will be accepted at the time of the conference.

 No refunding will be done in case of cancellation after payment of the registration fees.
